To submit an entry for the MTYE printed diary, either click on the link below to fill in the Google Form
or download and fill in the Word Form. Full instructions are on the form.
For a single entry the Google Form is easiest. For multiple entries, or a recital series, the Word Form is more convenient.
Fees are £20 per entry. £10 per entry if there is no admission charge.
£10 for late entries (online diary only).
Highlight your entry with a box +£2.50.
An invoice will be sent.
