Kenilworth Arts Festival

various venues in Kenilworth

Kenilworth Arts Festival is a weeklong celebration of the creative arts. Now in its second year the festival programme will include headline events, a family fiesta and a series of fringe events and community projects. Among the confirmed artists for 2017 are acclaimed writers Kit de Waal and Sarah Moss, as well as the much-respected guitarist and singer-songwriter John Smith, and multi-award winning pianist Gwilym Simcock .  Also appearing is music journalist-turned-non-fiction writer Will Ashon in conversation with The Guardian’s resident gardener and nature writer Alys Fowler.  Tickets (various prices) from www.wegottickets.com/kenilworthartsfestival

The Tamar Valley Male Voice Choir

The Tamar Valley Male Voice Choir in Concert - entertaining at Burton Dassett. The choir was formed 10 years ago and comprises some 40 members from both Devon and Cornwall, who bring the joy of song to audiences on both sides of the Tamar Valley, whilst raising much needed funds for charitable causes. They are now bringing the joy of song to Burton Dassett. The programme is designed to appeal to all ages and tastes, with the choir singing a selection of light and entertaining songs.
